William Hargett, MA-MFT, LPCC-SUPV, is a Supervising Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who has maintained a private practice in Fairfield County since 1991. His degree is specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy; although in private practice, he treats a wide range of mental and behavioral health needs in addition to marriage and family relationship needs.

Mr. Hargett, who prefers to go by Bill, has extensive clinical experience working with couples, families, children, and adolescents. Bill has been involved in leadership at both state and local levels. He has served as the past Crisis Coordinator for Fairfield County Emergency Services, and the Vice President and President of the Ohio Crisis Network.

Bill completed his undergraduate work at Circleville Bible College (now known as Ohio Christian University) with a degree in Christian Ministries in 1988. He has served as lead pastor in an Independent Methodist Church in Cleveland, MS, until he and his wife, Cyndi, moved to Jackson, MS, to pursue his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Reformed Theological Seminary. He also worked as a youth pastor at Riverside Independent Methodist Church at that time. He has been in private practice in Lancaster, OH, since 1991 and also planted and pastored a church from 2003-2014.

In 2016, Bill & Cyndi, having resigned their leadership at Christ Way Community Church, were continuing to wait on God's guidance into the ministry He next had for them. They came upon the beautiful property in SE Ohio while Bill was looking for hunting land. God began to speak to each of them and confirmed in their hearts that this property, with this large Amish home, was just where He wanted them...and the idea of providing a marriage retreat center began to settle into their hearts.

Bill & Cyndi have been married since 1984. They have lived in Ohio, Mississippi, and back to Ohio where they have lived since 1988. They have raised 2 daughters and a son all of whom are now married. They have 3 grandsons whom they adore. They have worked together in the same counseling office since 2005 when Cyndi began as the Clerical Supervisor of their office. At the same time, Bill became the co-owner of the private practice. Eventually, he separated and became the sole proprietor of Prime Behavioral Health, LLC, and Cyndi became the office manager of both the Lancaster and Pickerington locations.
